Mission Statement
The Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) mission is to promote safety and optimal outcomes for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures by providing practice support and professional development opportunities to perioperative nurses. AORN will collaborate with professional and regulatory organizations, industry leaders, and other healthcare partners who support our mission.

I am honored to serve as president for the 2010-2012 terms. Our chapter will continue to provide Perioperative education and programs addressing the challenges in healthcare today. Please come out, participate at AORN meetings, support the elected officers, and all members of this wonderful chapter.
